We want to support you fast - and in the best possible way for your needs.  Our other participants are a great source of innovation for us - and a great source of collaborative support to each other.  We use GetSatisfaction for our customer service.  You can browse questions that have already been asked and answered, ask a new question,  share an idea, or report a problem.  We are always monitoring activity and we will get back to you with an answer or fix asap.

Check out the Elastic Sever Personal Edition page for more information on pricing and features.  To upgrade you must be logged into the Elastic Server Factory under the free Community Edition (if you do not have a login sign up now).  Once logged in, visit http://elasticserver.com/billing.  Click on the subscribe button under the Personal Edition Section.  You will be forwarded to our Paypal site to enter payment information.  The first 30 days of the monthly Personal Edition subscription are free. After that date, Paypal will automatically charge you monthly for one year. You may cancel at any time by canceling your Paypal subscription. You will get an email notification when your subscription has ended, so that you may re-subscribe.
